The good news is - you don't have to think of 20 ways, because I did it for you 🥰
It doesn't have to be Thanksgiving Day to show thanks to your loved ones.
Below are 20 ways on how you can show them your gratitude without breaking the bank. Most of these ideas are free!
Remember, thoughtfulness doesn’t have to be expensive!
Tell them you love them & are thankful they’re in your life
Write a letter/email/text
Buy them flowers
Send an edible arrangement
Set up a weekly date to FaceTime/video
Volunteer to be their accountability partner
Bring them soup when they’re sick
Send them a funny gif
Take them on a picnic
Give them a big hug
Surprise them with a random act of kindness
If they’re parents, offer to watch their kids
Be present when they speak to you
Smile and look them in the eyes
Write a recommendation for them on LinkedIn
Give them a compliment
When they’re venting to you, instead of giving advice, ask “how can I hold space for you”
Celebrate them when they accomplish something
Host a gathering (probably best to do after quarantine)
Acknowledge them publicly (*hint hint* participate in the “Thank 100 Women in 100 Days” project).
