What is your purpose in life?
Insane question, right?
Where do you even begin?
Some people choose the “easy” route and just follow in a family member’s footsteps. Other’s rely on religion to define their purpose. I would say the majority of people have no idea, absolutely none, of what their purpose is on this green Earth.
They start their day, they do the same routine – wake up, go to work, go home, eat, and sleep. They don’t wake up every morning and think “how am I working on my purpose today?” or “how can I get closer to achieving my life purpose today?” I’m not saying these people are bad, I just want to point out that majority of people don’t even consider their life purpose, especially not on a day-to-day basis.
Wandering around this world aimlessly can get boring, and fast. Having a purpose gives you something to aim for, something to look forward to. I believe most people can tell when they’re around someone who knows their life purpose. These people are confident, and usually very good at what they do. It may be hard to be around because they seem to have it all figured out. You wonder, will I ever feel like that?
Good news is, every single person on this Earth has a purpose, even if they have no idea. Learning your purpose can feel overwhelming & anxiety-provoking but it doesn’t have to be. Discovering more about yourself can be a beautiful journey, and I believe everyone deserves to have that opportunity to experience it.
Are you struggling to find your life purpose?
I have a course that addresses stress, anxiety and overwhelm, which I believe are all emotions attached to discovering your life purpose. By dealing with those emotions, you are allowing yourself the chance to free your mind of those negative emotions and make room for the positive emotions.
